CSP Construction Technology’s Lumber Estimating system is designed for commercial, residential and multi-family wood framing takeoffs with tools to estimate all dimensional, manufactured wood products, Glu-Lam beams and most types of siding and exterior trim. Has automatic transfer to Excel.

Concrete & Rebar

This set of tools is suitable for Concrete Contractors who may or may not do their own rebar takeoffs and for rebar suppliers wishing to do accurate rebar takeoffs without having to detail a job to get the quantities. Automatic transfer to a provided Excel Workbook.

Metal Stud & Drywall

Three different systems built in three different eTakeoff Dimension environments to meet your requirements for Structural and Non Structural Metal Stud and Drywall takeoffs.

General Contracting

A powerful set of traces and extensions designed for the General Contractor. This set of tools can be cloned and modified and makes use of: What is this? How do I want to measure it? What other description text do I need? And, how much do I want to charge for this? It is based on eTakeoff Dimension’s Custom Measurement List capability.

All Roofing Types & Standing Seam

With the exception of the standing seam takeoff tool, the roofing tools are part of the General Contractor’s tool set and that manual is used for this system. There are Area, Length, Pitched Area, Pitched Length, Area by Length (think parapet walls and similar items) and, of course, count tools.

Structural Steel

All types of structural steel including HSS. Accurate weights without a Handbook of Steel sizes and weights. Decking included. Welded and/or bolted connections. Man hours per item. Excel workbook provided.

Paving

Asphalt paving tools that allow different densities or weights per square yard per inch that works in eTakeoff Dimension Advanced

Windows & Doors

Tools for all aspects of door and window takeoff, both residential and commercial. Glass doors are included. Doors and windows have trim that is frequently part of a takeoff – included. Commercial doors have very extensive hardware requirements – included. These are separate tools capable of mix & match.

Interior Finish

Because Interior Finish (Finish Carpentry) may or may not include Doors and their hardware or Windows and their exterior Trim, it is necessary to state we have the tools to include any or all of the previously mentioned items

Painting Tools

We have easy to use tools for interior and exterior, drywall and siding, wood ceilings and walls, stucco and more that let you use text to identify the location and the product you are using/estimating so there is no question later as to what you did and why.
